90-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied with your Mood Pin for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within this period.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at moodpinsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. You'll get a confirmation email once your refund is processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with original packaging where possible. If your item arrived damaged or defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery so we can send a replacement or refund at no extra cost, no return shipment needed in most cases.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: Customer covers return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different design or color instead of a refund, let us know in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange where available.

Late or Missing Refunds

If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was processed and you haven't seen it, please check with your bank first, as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it, contact us at moodpinsupport@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
